Our Summer Intern!!!!

Song Form

It might be easier to track song requests by using a Google form, such as the one embedded below. The form feeds to a spreadsheet in Google Docs where I can track email address and whether I have added them to a mailing list. I can track who suggested the song, their email, and the the song suggestion and create hidden fields for whether the song has played and on what day it was added, and if the suggester called in on the first day.

In order to embed the form, I first created it in Google Documents. Then, in spreadsheet view, I opened the "Form" menu and selected the "Embed..." option. They provide you with HTML to copy. Then, I opened a new post in this site and selected the "Edit HTML" tab to the right top of the edit window. I pasted the HTML into the page. The first time it was too long and too tall, so that I had to adjust the width to "475" and the height to "275" within the code.

Say the word, and I can create and share a form and post it to the "." page (the CareerTEAM blog).
